Sellers continued to slash their listing prices last month, mostly in Manhattan. Neighborhoods here topped RealtyHop's latest lists of areas with the most price cuts, continuing a trend of the last several months, with one exception: A Bronx co-op did make the list of the highest percentage price drops.

In September, the Upper East Side-Carnegie Hill neighborhood had the most price drops citywide with a total of 188. The neighborhood's biggest price drop in dollars was $2,100,000, or 12 percent, for a five-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath condo. Turtle Bay was the neighborhood with the second most price cuts with a total of 180.

In its monthly price drop report, RealtyHop identifies neighborhoods with the highest total number of price cuts. It also highlights areas with the biggest percentage drop in median price, and the biggest median dollar price drop.

The top five addresses with the biggest dollar price drops were all in Manhattan. A two-bedroom, six-bath condo in Midtown East had the highest dollar price drop, with $5,000,000, or 17 percent, slashed from the listing price. The rest of the price drops ranged from $3,000,000 to $1,600,000.

This two bedroom, six bath saw a price drop of $5,000,000 to $24,500,000. Located in The Ritz Carlton Residences, the full-floor condo features a private elevator landing, an antique marble fireplace, multiple terraces, a formal dining room, chef's kitchen, laundry room, full gym, and a 2,000-square-foot master suite. Owners have access to all of the hotel amenities including a health club, lounge, business center, and housekeeping services by request.

This three bedroom, four and a half bath saw a price drop of $3,000,000 to $16,500,000. The condo has Venetian plaster walls, black herringbone floors, and oversized windows in the living room, a breakfast room, chef's kitchen with Viking appliances, laundry room, electronic shades, zoned central air conditioning, and Lutron lighting system. Located in the Plaza Hotel, amenities include a full-time doorman, concierge service, limo services, and several stores and restaurants.

This five bedroom, five and a half bath saw a price drop of $2,100,000 to $15,450,000. The condo has three terraces, custom lighting, wide-plank oak floors, Miele appliances, a Creston smart home system, library, walk-in closets, central air conditioning, and radiant-heat floors in all of the baths. Amenities include bike storage, fitness center, pool, and a doorman.

This four bedroom, four and a half bath saw a price drop of $1,995,000 to $9,995,000. Apartment #23B has hardwood floors, oversized windows with views of Central Park, a renovated kitchen, en-suite baths in every bedroom, and central air conditioning. All furniture is included. Amenities include a doorman, concierge service, fitness room, bike room, and playroom.

This two bedroom, three bath saw a price drop of $1,600,000 to $6,900,000. The co-op has 13-foot ceilings, an eat-in kitchen with a skylight and stainless steel appliances, a wine cellar, laundry room, and marble baths. The keyed, elevator building is a designated landmark and has one apartment per floor.

This one bedroom, one bath saw a price drop of 44 percent to $219,000. The co-op has a renovated, windowed kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances, a dining room, custom window shades, terracotta tile floors, an in-unit washer/dryer, custom built-in shelves, and a home office. The top-floor co-op has high ceilings, a wood-burning fireplace, formal dining room, built-in storage and shelves, a windowed eat-in kitchen, and an in-unit washer/dryer. Amenities include a doorman, live-in super, roofdeck, storage cages, bike storage, and a laundry room. The sellers are offering a five-year maintenance rebate of $5,677.
