Manhattan saw far fewer sellers reduce their listing prices in July compared to recent months, according to most recent edition of RealtyHop's monthly report.

Turtle Bay-East Midtown saw the most cuts with 160 price drops, a considerable decrease from 207 in the previous month. Upper East Side-Carnegie Hill saw the second-most cuts, with a decrease from 249 to 142. The other neighborhoods with the most price drops were also in Manhattan, with a range of 111 to 133 price drops per neighborhood.

In its monthly price drop report, RealtyHop identifies neighborhoods with the highest total number of price cuts. It also highlights areas with the biggest percentage drop in median price, and the biggest median dollar price drop.

A West Village six-bedroom, six-and-a-half-bath condo saw the biggest dollar price drop with a $9,000,000 cut to $44,000,000. The listing with the largest percentage price drop was a one-bedroom, one-bath co-op in Morrisania with a 54 percent cut to $39,000.

Here are listings with the deepest price chops still on the market according to RealtyHop's report.

This six bedroom, six and a half bath saw a $9,000,000 cut to $44,000,000. The triplex has four terraces, floor-to-ceiling windows, recessed lighting, a chef's kitchen with a walk-in fridge and two butlers pantries, Creston home system, central air, and a storage unit. Amenities include a doorman, gym, and pool.

This five bedroom, five and a half bath saw a $4,000,000 cut to $19,995,000 . The penthouse features direct elevator entry, a fireplace, balconies, roof top terrace, central air, moldings, high ceilings, Miele and Sub-Zero appliances, and custom cabinetry. The building has a doorman, laundry room, bike storage, and a pool.

This four bedroom, four bath saw a $3,050,000 cut to $14,950,000. It has terraces, balconies, high ceilings, Viking appliances, floor-to-ceiling windows, central air, a fireplace, and a parking spot. Amenities include a doorman, concierge, gym, and bike room.

This four bedroom, five and a half bath saw a $2,995,000 drop to $32,000,000. The co-op has fireplaces, oversized windows, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, built-ins, woodwork, and stainless steel appliances. The building has a doorman, gym, and laundry room.

This three bedroom, three and a half bath saw a $2,300,000 cut to $19,700,000. Apartment #46C has Miele appliances, tile and hardwood floors, 10-foot ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, recessed lighting, central air, and walk-in closets. The building has indoor and outdoor pools, theater, wine bar, and a doorman.

This one bedroom, one bath saw a 54 percent drop to $39,000. The co-op has hardwood and tile floors, exposed brick, moldings, and ceiling fans.

This multifamily saw a 41 percent cut to $1,150,000. It currently has a four-bedroom apartment on the first floor and five-bedroom unit on the second. It can be reconfigured to six units, according to the listing.

This six bedroom, three bath saw a 40 percent cut to $1,199,000. The Victorian house has new siding, updated electrical system, a private driveway, two-car garage, covered front porch, moldings, parquet floors, stainless steel appliances, and recessed lighting.

This multifamily saw a 29 percent drop to $1,200,000. It currently has three apartments with a total of nine bedrooms and six baths.

This one bedroom, one bath saw a 29 percent cut to $450,000. The condo has hardwood floors, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, an in-unit washer and dryer, central air, and oversized windows. Amenities include a doorman, bike storage, roof deck, and gym.
