Manhattan sellers dropped their listing prices a bit more in March as the market started to see more activity, according to a recent RealtyHop report.

Once again, Turtle Bay-East Midtown saw the most price drops, with 154 cuts, up from 143 in February. The Upper East Side-Carnegie Hill area also took the second spot again, with a jump to 150 price drops, compared to 134 previously. All of the other neighborhoods with the most price cuts were also in Manhattan.

In its monthly price drop report, RealtyHop identifies neighborhoods with the highest total number of price cuts. It also highlights areas with the biggest percentage drop in median price, and the biggest median dollar price drop.

The listing that saw the biggest dollar price drop was a Beaux-Arts style townhouse on the Upper East Side, 8 East 62nd St., which saw a $10,000,000, or 15 percent, drop to $55,000,000. The apartment with the highest percentage price drop was two-bedroom condo in the Financial Distrcit, which saw a 48 percent cut to $2,200,000. A Jamaica, Queens house and a Bronx three-family building also made the list of biggest percentage price drops.

Below is a look at the listings with deepest price chops identified in RealtyHop's report.

This six-bedroom, four-plus bath townhouse saw a price drop of $10,000,000 to $55,000,000. The Beaux-Arts style building features high ceilings, recessed lighting, mosaic floors, wood-burning fireplaces, moldings, stainless steel appliances, a wet bar, library with built-in bookshelves, a Creston system, water filtration system, security, and an indoor pool.

This seven bedroom, nine bath, which are two apartments being sold together, saw a price drop of $3,000,002 to $21,999,998. The condos have hardwood floors, moldings, millwork, recessed lighting, integrated appliances, and large windows. Amenities include a doorman, bike storage, a gym, and courtyard.

This four bedroom, five and a half bath saw a price drop of $2,800,000 to $19,950,000. The corner apartment has hardwood floors, coffered ceilings, moldings, built-ins, recessed lighting, casement windows, stainless steel appliances, central air conditioning, and a library. Amenities include a doorman, laundry room, bike room, and fitness center.

This four bedroom, three and a half bath saw a price drop of $2,500,000 to $12,500,000. The triplex has picture windows, hardwood floors, built-ins, high ceilings, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, walk-in closets, central air conditioning, a solarium, a Lutron system, and home office. The landmarked building has a doorman, concierge, residents manager, bike storage, and a gym.

This four bedroom, four and a half bath saw a price drop of $2,245,000 to $9,750,000. The duplex has hardwood floors, high ceilings, oversized windows, stainless steel appliances, recessed lighting, central air conditioning, a walk-in pantry, double-glazed windows, and a Savant smart-home system. Amenities include a doorman, roof deck, gym, and a laundry room.

This two bedroom, two and a half bath saw a price drop of 48 percent to $2,200,000. The penthouse has hardwood floors, high ceilings, large windows, custom built-ins, stainless steel appliances, smart lighting, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a terrace. Amenities include a doorman, roof deck, gym, and bike storage.

This single-family townhouse saw a price drop of 38 percent to $240,000. The 1920 townhouse has two baths, a small front yard, and a basement.

This two bedroom, two and a half bath saw a price drop of 36 percent to $2,510,000. Apartment #20 features hardwood floors, high ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows, multi-zone climate control, quartzite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and recessed lighting. Amenities include a doorman, attended lobby, fitness center, and storage.

This multi-family building saw a price drop of 31 percent to $889,000. The building has hardwood floors, a yard, and has three apartments: A three-bedroom, one-bath duplex with a balcony; a two bedroom, one bath with a patio; and a one bedroom, one bath.

This three bedroom, one bath saw a price drop of 30 percent to $140,000. The fifth-floor co-op needs some work, according to the listing. It has a washer/dryer hook up and two closets. Only all-cash offers are being accepted.
