Fewer sellers dropped their listing prices in July and Manhattan continued to see the most cuts, according to RealtyHop's monthly price drop report.

Turtle Bay-East Midtown saw the most drops with a total of 138, a slight drop from 141 cuts last month when the area took the second spot on the list. Upper East Side-Carnegie Hill came in second with a total of 125, down from 162 previously. For the first time in recent months, an outer-borough neighborhood made the list: Forest Hills, Queens, which took fifth with 94 drops.

In its monthly price drop report, RealtyHop identifies neighborhoods with the highest total number of price cuts. It also highlights areas with the biggest percentage drop in median price, and the biggest median dollar price drop.

The apartment that saw the biggest dollar price drop was an Upper West Side three-bedroom, four-bath co-op with a $3,000,000, or 18 percent drop, to $13,950,000. A Bayside, Queens three-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath house had the biggest percentage price cut to $1,625,000, down 33 percent.

This three bedroom, four bath saw a $3,000,000 drop to $13,950,000. The co-op has original steel casement windows, hardwood floors, moldings, recessed lighting, walk-in closets, stainless steel appliances, surround sound system, central air, and millwork. Amenities include a doorman, gym, courtyard, and storage.

This church building saw a drop of $1,850,000 to $16,650,000. It has a sanctuary with high ceilings, stage, library, and three bathrooms. It sits on a 77-foot-wide lot.

This three bedroom, three bath saw a $1,250,000 cut to $3,250,000. The penthouse features hardwood and carpeted floor, built-ins, high ceilings, a terrace, an in-unit washer and dryer, and a walk-in closet. The building has a doorman, gym, courtyard, and bike storage.

This three bedroom, three and a half bath saw a $1,250,000 cut to $8,500,000. Apartment #67 has floor-to-ceilings, hardwood floors, recessed lighting, three balconies, a media room, office, custom closets, and an in-unit washer and dryer. Amenities include a doorman, concierge, and gym.

This two bedroom, two bath saw a $1,200,000 drop to $4,800,000. This condo has hardwood floors, high ceilings, oversized windows, a Crestron sound system, moldings, recessed lighting, Sub-Zero and Miele appliances, walk-in closets, central air, and an in-unit washer and dryer. The building has a doorman and gym.

This three bedroom, one and a half bath saw a 33 percent drop to $1,625,000. The house has a wood-burning fireplace, hardwood floors, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, crown molding, and an attached garage.

This three bedroom, three bath saw a 28 percent drop to $3,250,000. It has oversized windows, built-ins, a landscaped terrace, walk-in closet, central air, and a storage room. Amenities include a laundry room, gym, doorman, and bike storage.

This two bedroom, two and a half bath saw a 27 percent drop to $2,750,000. The co-op has hardwood floors, oversized windows, built-ins, central air, moldings and high ceilings. It is under renovation and needs to be completed. Located in Carlyle Hotel, amenities include a doorman, roof deck, gym, garage, and laundry room.

This three bedroom, two and a half bath saw a 26 percent drop to $1,299,000. The house has two apartments with hardwood floors, several closets, stainless steel appliances, ceiling fans, a backyard, and parking for two cars.

This two bedroom, two bath saw a 26 percent drop to $1,000,000.
