If you've ever hoped to live in Tribeca without paying Tribeca prices, now's your chance: Applications just opened up for affordable rentals at 456/460 Washington Street, a new luxury 80/20 building being built in the neighborhood.

A total of 22 apartments are available in the building, including five $800/month studios; six $860/month one-bedrooms; and 11 $1,041/month two-bedrooms for renters with household incomes between $28,800 and $51,780, depending on apartment and family size. The building sits on the former site of beloved neighborhood restaurant Pontes, as Curbed reported last year, and amenities will include a roof terrace, 24-hour concierge, and washer and dryer in each unit, as well as fitness center, lounge and party room, children's play room, and resident storage, for additional fees.

Preference for half the apartments will be given to current residents of Manhattan's Community Board 1, as per usual with these types of affordable housing options, and applications are due December 14th.
