They gave up their free housing at the boarding school where they taught in exchange for big city amenities. Now they're living in a Yorkville two bedroom within walking distance of museums, parks, and shopping.
Also of interest: Manhattan's rental market is seeing a lot of activity, however rents have not rebounded completely to prepandemic levels. Studios in particular saw a larger annual decline in median rent last month compared to other apartment sizes, according to the Elliman Report.
