This week, readers visited Brick Underground to find out what New Yorkers can do if their lease is ending during the coronavirus pandemic. Owners are showing increased flexibility and allowing tenants to go month to month. That's important because while movers are still considered essential workers, some buildings have put the kibosh on moves.

With social distancing in effect, many buildings are restricting two tenants to an elevator at a time, facing in opposite directions.
