This week, readers turned their attention to Manhattan’s co-op and condo sales market. The median sales price slipped in the third quarter year over year, as it has done for the past four, consecutive quarters. But it was the smallest decrease so far and a sign that prices are beginning to stabilize.
Also of interest: A long-time renter wants to know if an 80 percent rent hike is legal. Because the renter lives in a market-rate apartment, the answer is yes.
