This week, readers visited Brick Underground to read why real estate guru and "Shark Tank" star Barbara Corcoran thinks the exodus to NYC's suburbs is a short-term phenomenon. During an online Q&A hosted by New York Residential Agent Continuum, Corcoran said, "New York always comes back because somebody always wants it. The somebody changes, but somebody always wants it."
