This week readers visited Brick Underground to check out the New York City apartments for sale with the biggest price chops in April, according to RealtyHop's monthly report. Turtle Bay-East Midtown was the neighborhood that saw the most price drops with a 23 percent increase from March.
Also of interest: The unexpected perks of living in a ground-floor apartment. They usually get a bad rap, but you can usually get more square footage and private outdoor space than upper floor places if you don't mind more noise and other annoyances.
