This $219,000 Jackson Heights studio had us at "triple window"
Aside from the relatively approachable price ($219,000!), this studio co-op in Queens' Jackson Heights Historic District has a lot going for it.
There's an entry foyer, a sunken living area and a west-facing triple window. Plus, there are other prewar details such as high ceilings and walnut-stained oak floors.

We always appreciate when a studio is more than just one room.
The separate kitchen, on the other hand, feels more modern. It's also got a sleek white color palette and new appliances (see below). And a window, too!
There are stainless and white appliances in the separate kitchen.

In the foyer, there are two large floor-to-ceiling closets.

The apartment is on the first floor of one of three Berkeley buildings. The trio face an interior garden. Plus, the building has laundry and storage in the basement.
Pets are allowed, as is subletting. So, assuming you have 20 percent to put down (nearly $44,000), you're looking at monthly payments around $1,300. That's cheaper than most studio rentals in the neighborhood. See why we think this is such a good deal?
