If you're thinking of moving north to Canada and want to do it in grand style, it'll be hard to top this greater Toronto mansion on a street dubbed "millionaire's row." After 65 years in his family, former newspaper publisher and author Conrad Black is selling his primary residence (to downsize, he says), via Concierge Auctions (in cooperation with Barry Cohen of Re/Max Realtron Realty Inc. Brokerage) on March 8th.

More about the house: Located at 26 Park Lane Circle, the Georgian-style mansion's got 23,000-square-foot-plus of living space spread over 6.6 acres. There's an indoor pool and spa and a chapel consecrated by two Cardinals (you know, standard). It's also got a two-story library, a media room, billiard room, wine cellar, and multiple fireplaces. Including the guest apartment and coach house, it's got nine bedrooms, 11 bathrooms, four half-bathrooms, and plenty of entertaining space, which Black and his family used to host people like Richard Nixon, Margaret Thatcher, Henry Kissinger, the Duke of Edinburgh, and Elton John.

The house is located down a winding driveway set back from the road, nestled amongst the trees without another building in site. Black previously sold off a 2.8-acre slice of Park Lane property, which was traditionally used as the service entrance to the estate, at an asking price of $7.2 million, according to the Toronto Star.

The estimated value is $21.8 million. But hey, it's Canada, so at least you'll save on health care.
