The Hell's Kitchen co-op comes with new renovations, and a painless commute
With our strained subway system becoming seemingly less reliable by the day, many New Yorkers are, understandably, looking to live in a location with a variety of train options, or easy walkability.
And for that, we're liking this studio in the Addison, a large co-op in Hell's Kitchen, and just a few blocks from the major transit hub at Columbus Circle. The apartment has been recently renovated, and has hardwood floors, a stainless steel kitchenette, and perhaps most notably, a walk-in closet (not pictured, but you can see it in the floorplan):
The bathroom has been renovated with marble, and also appears to have a sizeable window, a small-but-significant perk (having natural light in there can make a world of difference).
The building itself is pet-friendly, features storage, laundry, and a bike room, and unlike many co-ops, allows co-purchasing, guarantors, subletting and pied-a-terres, meaning you have some flexibility here. And at $360,000, it's also priced competitively for a newly-renovated option in this ultra-convenient part of Manhattan.
