Talk about luxury: Be the first person to ever live in this Water Mill house
When it comes to house styles, here at Brick, we're pretty unbiased. We love old-fashioned Colonials, midcentury modern gems, and everything in between. And new construction? We're all for that, too.
Take this three-level, seven-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath in the town of Water Mill in the Hamptons, which has all the amenities you'd expect from a newly built house, including a double-height entrance, a pool, an expansive eat-in kitchen with a breakfast area, a fully finished lower-level recreation room, and more. We certainly wouldn't mind spending our summers (and springs and falls and winters, while we're at it) in this property.
The floors are white oak, and the living room has a working fireplace and French doors that open to the outdoor space (perfect for al fresco summer parties).
Upstairs, the master suite has two closets, a formal bathroom, and a private balcony; there are four additional bedrooms up there, too. The house is on a 1.3-acre property, with views across 50 acres of reserve.

The price tag? Spendy, yes, at $3.995 million. If you have that, you're golden (or, more accurately, platinum).
