310 Lenox Road, Apartment 7P. Two bedrooms on each end of the space allow for separation and privacy in this top-floor apartment in Prospect-Lefferts Gardens; there's a separate dining area, too. Asking price: $449,000. Open house: Sunday, July 10, 12 noon to 1:30 pm.
82-06 34th Avenue, Apartment 2G. This Jackson Heights two-bedroom is in a prewar with a bike room and a laundry room, and near a retail-heavy corridor. Asking price: $472,000. Open house: Saturday, July 9, 1 pm to 3 pm.
