It’s New Development Week here on Brick, and as such we’ve rounded up a group of apartments in brand-new condominiums with a price tag of $2.5 million (give or take). In addition to being no older than a year, these Brooklyn and Manhattan units also have lots of space, as they’re all two- or three-bedroom abodes.
