In any other city, the term "million-dollar listing" conjures palatial pads with high-end extras. In NYC, it might not net you much more than a studio (albeit a large one), depending on the neighborhood. But it all depends on location, location, location, and as such, we've rounded up $1 million properties all over the city, from high-end downtown studios to spacious outer-borough houses (with pools!).
GREENWICH VILLAGE, MANHATTAN: One-bedroom, one-bath co-op in a pet-friendly building with a roof deck and storage that allows pied-a-terres and gifting, located at 30 5th Avenue (between West 9th and 10th). $1.075 million, plus $1,044/month maintenance.
