Buzzfeed's "Handy Guide to Gentrification" is more of a questionnaire, really—complete with accompanying cartoons—that's ostensibly for those on the lookout for the "next best" place to live — perhaps the "yuccies" (aka "young urban creatives") memorably described by Mashable.
