Buy a little piece of Marrakesh in Tribeca
Talk about transportive: This $5.95 million loft looks to have taken inspiration from Morocco, and is a welcome respite from the cookie-cutter condo world. But even if it's not your style, per se, there are a lot of things to appreciate about this apartment aside from its Mediterranean flair.

We're loving those lighting fixtures over the kitchen island, not to mention the extra seating that breakfast bar offers.
First, the full-floor unit is a generous 3,000 square feet, with two-and-a-half bathrooms and substantial outdoor space. It's currently configured as a two-bedroom with a study.

Cookie-cutter, this isn't: We don't think we've ever seen such a cool half bathroom.

Fab details everywhere.

We love the pine columns, the wooden beams, brick walls and bathrooms with white stone.
And the steps from the bedroom to the private terrace are a nice touch (see below).
The building, at 321 Greenwich Street, is a pre-war, pet-friendly elevator building with four full-floor lofts. Privacy included.
