If you've been following the real estate market reports and news closely, you've probably read how co-ops—even those in the toniest places like Park Avenue on the Upper East Side—are seeing price adjustments. Sure, there are a lot of mirrors in the dining area (shown above), but anyone who's not a fan of that particular design choice can rather easily replace them. (We actually kind of like them, and they certainly expand the space.)
