A Yorkville studio squeezes three rooms into one
Looking for a studio that doesn't feel like a college dorm room? Separate spaces for sleeping, lounging and cooking can make a one-room apartment feel like something bigger and better.
This second-floor Yorkville condop studio hit the market for $550,000 in June. It's got a separate kitchen area, divided living space, big windows and--the real kicker--a private deck. The easterly location at 1175 York Avenue, between 63rd and 64th Streets, may deter some, but the quiet might be a plus for others.
