A West Village studio in a landmark building—and one big, surprising perk
Located in a landmark building on Grove Street between Bleecker and Bedford, this $2,850 studio is just a block from the Christopher Street 1 train stop and near all the great restaurants and shops that make the West Village seriously desirable—and pricey.

The apartment's got exposed brick walls, a foyer (always nice when you don't have to walk straight into the one and only room), and a feature not always found in Manhattan studios—a sizable walk-in closet.

And while the kitchen is a little on the dated side, it's totally usable. There's even a dishwasher.
And believe it or not, the building actually has an elevator—not all that common in 1920s buildings in the area. There's also a live-in super and a laundry room.
