A Sleepy Hollow waterfront home that's anything but spooky
In case you're planning on heading out to Sleepy Hollow this weekend to hear Washington Irving's The Legend of Sleepy Hollow reenacted or recited out loud or go on a guided tour of the famous Sleepy Hollow Cemetery, you might want to tack on a visit to this four-bedroom, five-and-a-half bath waterfront house. (Headless Horseman not included.)
The house comes with views like the one you see above as well as waterfront access.
This renovated cottage-style house, located at 21 Pokahoe Drive, includes an alarm system, gas grill, generator, washer and dryer, whole-house entertainment system, and a wine cooler (among many perks).
It's also got a great room, radiant heat on most of the first floor, custom closets and and two master bedroom suites.

The house has two levels of decks (where we expect you'd spend a lot of time when the weather turns warm again) as well as a two-car attached garage and a driveway. (Say goodbye to alternate side parking for good).
Sleepy Hollow is about 50 minutes by car from Manhattan and a 50-minute Metro-North ride.
Of course, it'll cost you to have those views (and all that space): $2.995 million to be exact.
