Common areas have hardwood floors, exposed brick and “lots of wall outlets,” per the listing, which sounds like a dubious perk until you’ve lived in the fire-emergency-waiting-to-happen that is a place with too few plugs. Also, the newly refurbished kitchen (see main photo, above) has stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and tons of cabinets. Perfect for quelling disputes over dirty dishes and food storage.

Two full bathrooms will undoubtedly reduce friction in the mornings.
The pet-friendly building, at 346 Myrtle Avenue, is close to Fort Greene park, and a 10-minute walk to the Atlantic-Barclays Center transit hub. Convenient for just about everybody!
One final note: half a dozen apartments in the building are advertised using the same description and photos, which made us suspect that the listing is a “bait and switch.” Plus, the address listed for the building appears to be a discount furniture store:

But, according to the broker, the multiple listings are all for a single apartment in a six-story building, which appears to stretch over several addresses on Myrtle, potentially accounting for the discrepancy in online records.
If you’re interested, you’ve still got a shot: the apartment hasn’t gotten much interest, according to the broker, who chalked up the lack of frenzy to its expensive price tag. For the record, the average rent for a Fort Greene three-bedroom was $4,451 a month, per StreetEasy, though for $1,500 a month, you could probably afford something of your own nearby, if you've got the credit, salary and savings.
