5 open houses to visit in Kensington this weekend
Earlier this week we compared the adjacent Brooklyn neighborhoods of Kensington and Ditmas Park, looking at their pricing, transit, nightlife, shopping options, and their general vibes. Laid-back, diverse Kensington has a wide range of housing stock, which is evident in the apartments and houses hosting open houses this weekend.
Here is a selection of two and three bedroom listings—condos, co-ops, and a house—that you can visit in person this Saturday and Sunday:

222 Parkville Ave., #2B

Located in a new condo building off Ocean Parkway, this three bedroom, two bath is expensive for the neighborhood, but lavishly outfitted. It has a roomy kitchen with upscale appliances and finishes, a large master suite with a walk-in closet, and a smart home heating and cooling system. The building offers a roof deck, laundry, and a bike room, and parking is available.
