Yes, you read that headline right. Oceanhill II, a collection of newly constructed units located at 1740-1760 Prospect Place and 396 Saratoga Avenue in Brownsville, Brooklyn—complete with live-in superintendents, on-site laundry rooms, energy efficient appliances and fixtures, fitness rooms, and parking spaces (for an extra fee)—has begun accepting applications.

To qualify for this (highly) affordable housing, you'll have to make between $24,995 and $38,100 for a one-person household, anywhere from $24,995 to $43,500 for a two-person household, and from $30,035 and $54,360 for a family of four (more details here, households can go up to six people).

Apartments range from a $689 one-bedroom and $1,181 for a three-bedroom. Assuming you qualify, you have to win the housing lottery, too, of course.

Applications are due June 15th.
