Applications have opened up for 53 newly constructed units in central Harlem, at Strivers Plaza, a building given its moniker as an allusion to the historic Striver's Row. The rentals are located at 275 West 140th Street in Central Harlem, with apartments ranging from $494/month studios to $2,405/month two-bedrooms for renters with annual household incomes of $18,275 to $158,550.

The listing notes that the building will feature a 24-hour on-site resident super, an intercom system, security cameras, and for additional fees, a laundry room and community room. According to Yimby, the developers, Radson Development, were able to build bigger than zoning would typically allow, thanks to the affordable housing units inclided, as well as a supermarket on the ground floor.

Preference for half the rentals will go to residents of Manhattan CB 10, and applications are due no later than September 23rd.
